Splash Pad Project Rebid

Work will include, but is not necessarily limited to furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completing the following scope of work: rough and finish grading; installation of a mechanical building; electrical and plumbing service; fencing; paver patio; landscaping; topsoil placement and seeding; signage; and other work associated with improvements at the site Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those persons whose name, email and address are on record as having obtained contract documents. Notice is hereby given that this project constitutes public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1995, P.L. 744, and Davis Bacon Wage Determination Bid submissions require a 10% bid bond. A non-collusion affidavit of contractor will be required to be signed and notarized prior to the award of any contract. Bidders must submit documentary evidence of Section 3 business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of such solicitations and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. Performance, Labor and Materials, and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Base Bid and any selected Add-Alternate Bids must be furnished within ten days of the notice of award for companies licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
