Lurline Drive Paving and Drainage Improvements, Phase 1 (Kathleen Drive to Karen Drive)

The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractors license in the Municipal and Public Works and/or Highway, Street and Bridge Classifications. The work consists of demolition of existing Portland cement concrete pavement roadway and walks and drives and installation of new Portland cement concrete pavement, Portland cement concrete walks and drives, new storm drain system, and ancillary construction. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of certified check, cashiers check, or Bid Bond as prescribed by LA RS 38:2218.A.C, in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without conditions to the Owner as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute a Contract in accordance with his proposal and all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. No Questions will be accepted after COB on Thursday, June 16, 2022. HDCA offices close at 5:30 PM and is hence designated as the COB time.
