| Description | Qualified contractor to replace a retaining wall at the City of Lone Tree Municipal Building. Removal and haul off existing 3-tiered wall sections. Furnish and install 8”x18” Modular Block and cap units. Furnish and install aggregate leveling pad as required. Furnish and install aggregate drainage fill for block face as required. Furnish and install import structural fill for the reinforced zone of the walls. Furnish and install 4” perforated and 4” non-perforated drainpipe outlets for block face. Supply Engineered Shop drawings and calculations by a licensed Colorado P.E. Submit a proposed project schedule. |
