Douglas County Fire District No.2 - Repair Water Damaged Manufactured Home

As of August 02, 2022, project received no bids. No definite date of rebid was established. Project: Douglas County Fire District #2 - Repair water damaged manufactured home located at 200 Airport Way #3782. This unit is used for firefighter housing at Pangborn airport. Double wide manufactured home with water damage due to a leaking hot water heater. Hot water heater and furnace needs to be removed. Subfloor and flooring under the hot water heater and furnace needs to be replaced. Repair utility enclosure. Mitigate the mold. Scope of Work: Remove hot water heater and furnace. Remove walls as necessary. Mitigate mold. Subfloor needs to be replaced. Reframing the walls and installing new sheet rock. Install a new hot water heater and reinstall the furnace. Replace insulation in and under the dwelling. Paint as needed. Project timeline: Desired completion by September 15, 2022.
