| Description | Work Included: Upgrading the boiler and boiler feed system in the Boiler Room at the Berlin New Hampshire Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) located at 10 Shelby Street, Berlin New Hampshire 03570 to extents described herein and shown in Appendix A. Demolition and removal of existing oil-fired boiler, burner, trim, and associated appurtenances. Existing steam and condensate piping to be cut back as necessary to allow for installation of new boiler (refer to photos for extents of demolition in Appendix A).Demolition of existing boiler flue back to chimney and preparation for connection to new. Demolition of existing fuel oil supply and return piping and associated appurtenances back to transitions to steel. Disconnection of electrical wiring to pumps and boiler and preparation for reconnection to new. |
