The following range is a Project estimate for bonding purposes: $5,000,000.00 to $5,500,000.00. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for a major upgrade to the Oregon Department of Employment, Salem Office, including site utilities, limited concrete work, new floor covering, wall & ceiling framing, finishes, countertops, doors, and hardware, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
