Resurfacing of River Styx Road from SR-162 (Sharon-Copley Road) to CH-4 (East Smith Road)

The Contractor Shall Have All Work Completed No Later Than August 18, 2023. Each Bidder Shall Be Required to File a Bid Guaranty With the Bid in the Form of Either: (1) a Bid/ Performance Bond in the Amount of One-hundred Percent (100%) of the Amount Bid; or (2) a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Letter of Credit in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount Bid, Conditioned That the Bidder Shall, if His Bid is Accepted, Execute a Contract in Conformity With the Bid, Plans, Details, Specifications and Bills of Material.
