Description

Proposals for professional architectural, planning, engineering, and landscape architectural services. The City of Lovington and Lea County have entered into a joint project to plan, design, and construct a County Veterans Memorial and Park in downtown Lovington, New Mexico. The site of this facility is located South of the new Lea County Judicial Complex. The proposed site is approximately 2.5 acres in size and is composed of the parcels located between East Street (west border) and Eddy Street (east border) and Central Avenue (north border) and Avenue A (south border). An aerial view of the site is attached. The property has been purchased by the City or is currently under contract. Respondents are advised that they will be required to work with City and County employees, representatives, and elected officials during this project.
