Curb and Gutter/Paving Jac Street and Removal and Replacement of Asphalt at Fire Station 1

Scope of Work includes: Curb and Gutter/Paving Jac Street Extending a new local road, Jac Street approximately 396 LF, including paving of 5 ½ inch asphalt base, 1 ½ inch asphalt driving course, 4 inch base rock, 2’ curb and gutter each side . approximately 1056 SY of asphalt, approximately 846 LF of curb and gutter . City will install inlet boxes, waterline, sewer and prepare subgrade to within ± ½ inch prior to selected contractor work beginning. Removal & Replacement of Asphalt at Fire Station 1 Removal and replacement full depth (8 inch) of approximately 3040 SY of parking lot pavement at Fire station 1. Drive lane shall be replaced with heavy duty Asphalt or concrete in drive lane Approximately 920 SY. Millings from fire station parking lot will remain property of the City of Republic and shall be delivered to City owned property at ZZ and M Highway.
