Questions Regarding The Solicitation or Scope Of Work: Email Procurement Services at pco@pascuayaqui-nsn.gov The Health Department is soliciting quotes from offerors qualified, responsible, and willing to in compliance with all solicitation specifications and requirements contained for reference herein. The scope of this project is defined and illustrated in Attachment A. The overall project objective is to replace rooftop HVAC units as listed and identified in Attachment A. Information in Attachment A is the Owners best knowledge of the current systems and it's the responsibility of contractors to familiarize and confirm actual HVAC units sizes to be replaced and available power to each unit. The existing HVAC units to be salvaged and returned to the Facilities Management Department located at 4503 W Calle Torim. All Contractors performing construction projects for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe are subject to a $25.00 TERO Business License Fee and a $25.00 Facilities Department Building Permit Fee.
