Munter Dehumidifiers Removal of Old and Installation of New Units

Removal existing munter units and install new munter units located at 1111 S. Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO 80625. The contractor shall perform the removal and installation of three (3) new Munter package units located on the third-floor mechanical room at NLGRP. Demolish of Munter units will need to be phased in to ensure minimal disruption to scientific research being conducted on the second floor. Contractor will install valves, shutoffs, and peripheral equipment for water cooled systems associated with post cooling systems. Contractor will be required to install all plumbing associated with operation of Munter units. Water cooled coil must either be closed loop system and contractor shall follow manufacturer specifications. Contractor is required to field verify all water supply and drainage requirements prior to installation of units. The contractor will install new electrical disconnects associated to safe shutoff of equipment. The contractor will install new electrical conduit and wire per National Electrical code and Life Safety codes. USDA will supply the Munter package units to be installed full. The contractor shall submit all material relating to both plumbing and electrical installation.
