Clean inside and outside of l50,000-gallon elevated water storage tank located at 16 Owl Loop, Start, LA. Tank will also need to be inspected inside and outside to determine if it needs sand blasting and/or painted. An 8Ó overflow pipe must be relocated to within 12Ó - 24Ó from a ground level with a splash pad.
