Description | This bid invitation is for Bid Package #4 on the Onset Financial headquarters office building located on Dixie Drive in St. George, Utah. The construction on this project consists of a steel structure, 4-level office building that is approximately 58,000 sf. Construction began mid-June 2022 and is planned to reach substantial completion in late 2023. Bid Package #4 Scopes: Masonry Decorative Railings Millwork/Finish Carpentry Waterproofing Insulation Vapor Retarder Air Barrier Roofing Fire/Smoke Protection Joint Sealants Doors/OH Doors Framing/Drywall Tile Acoustical Ceiling Flooring Athletic Flooring Wall Coverings Paint Specialties Roller Shades Athletic Equipment Landscaping Information regarding scopes of work, bid and project schedules, and site logistics are located in the bid manual. The bid manual will be uploaded to the Files/Plan Room within one week of this initial bid invitation. A bid notice will be sent out to all bidders via email notifying them that the bid manual is available. Once the bid manual has been uploaded, please thoroughly read the bid manual for specifics regarding the various scopes for this project. The bid manual contains a bid form that we ask bidders to fill out and return with their proposals. Filling this form out accordingly will help with bid leveling as well as job cost accounting.
