Metropolitan Village Asphalt and Concrete Replacement 2023 A certified check or bank draft, payable to Warren Metropolitan Housing Authority, Par Value US Government Bonds or satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Failure to submit a proper bid bond will automatically render the bid nonresponsive.
