Lawn Maintenance for SWA-MRF

The SWA-MRF site will need grass cutting inside the fence line and just outside the entrance gates and weed eating, edging and blowing off of all walkways and parking lots twice a month with the time between cuttings being no less than 10 days and no more than 14 days. The times will be left up to the discretion of the Solid Waste Authority. The SWA-MRF site will require the following: Cut all grass inside the fence line, outside the entrance gates, on each side of roadway on Three R Drive from MRF to Environmental Parkway, also on each side of the roadway on Environmental Parkway to International Drive. Each side of the roadway needs to be 2 (Two) lawnmower width cuts. Trim, edge and blow off all walkways and parking lots. Provide weed control by spraying flower beds and fence line (no more than 6 inches spray pattern on fence) in front of MRF. Provide fertilizer to all shrubs and turf areas twice a year April and November. Fertilizer to be used must be approved by the MRF Manager. Trim all shrubs and trees once per month during growing season. Clean, spray and edge all beds. Spray all turf areas for fire ants, grubs and moles etc as needed.
