Description

The Town of North Andover is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Bradford Street Water Storage Tank Mixer. The scope of work includes furnishing and installation of a submersible tank mixing system in an existing drinking water storage tank (1.0MG standpipe) located on 300 Bradford Street in North Andover, MA and all appurtenant work, including electrical and instrumentation work. The required contract completion period is 150 consecutive days from the start date in the Notice to Proceed. All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended. The Town of North Andover may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if they determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of North Andover.
