Water Tank Fall Protection Systems Annual Inspections and As Needed Repair Services

A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, personal safety devices, tools, and any other usual and customary supplies or materials used in the performance of the Work to provide inspection and reporting services, and as needed repair services as specified herein. B. Upon completion of each inspection, the Contractor shall submit a written inspection report for each fall protection system to the FW Project Manager (see Section 3.4). The inspection report shall include any violations noted, fall protection system deficiencies, all corrective recommendations, and a detailed repair quote, if applicable. The quote shall include, at a minimum: the number of manhours by labor type (i.e., supervisor, mechanic, etc.); hourly rate for each labor type; total cost for each labor type; and all repair parts by description, make, part number, quantity, unit cost, and total cost; and the combined labor and parts total cost. C. The Contractor shall furnish all signs, cones, barricades, tape or other barriers, as necessary, to protect all employees and visitors from harm or injury during the performance of the Work. D. The Contractor shall have a competent Field Supervisor, satisfactory to FW, on the job site at all times during the progress of the Work. E. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all portions of the Work and for all safety and worker health programs and practices during the performance of the Work.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
