Live Load: 20.00 psf c. Load Reduction: Yes d. Ground Snow: 5.00 psf e. Collateral: 10.00 psf f. Wind Load: 115 mph g. All beams, purlen, etc. must be primed h. Bracing details are as follows: i. Roof must have diagonal bracing j. Both endwalls must be rigid frame k. Front and Back sidewalls must have diagonal bracing 5. Framed openings are as follows: a. Left endwall will have opening 16 ft wide with 16-foot header b. Right endwall will have opening 16 ft wide with 16-foot header c. Front sidewall will have opening 16 ft wide with 14-foot header 8. Sheet and Trim Colors are as follows: a. Roof will be white PBR Panel, 26 gauge, with 30-year lifespan b. Walls will be white R Panel, 26 gauge, with 30-year lifespan c. Gables, eaves, corners and jambs will be white 9. Fasteners for Roof and Walls will be as follows: a. Panel: TEK1.25 b. Lap: LAPTEK c. Type: Painted 10.
