Description

Scope of Work: Part 1 – Gantz Road and Southpark Place: The work will include the installation of two mast arm signal supports, four pedestrian pushbuttons, eight pedestrian signal heads, four vehicular signal heads, removal and replacement of the existing sidewalk and curb ramps, 2,500 square feet of asphalt multi-use trail, and a road widening. Part 2 – Hoover Road and Mount Carmel Lane Intersection: The work will include the installation of four mast arm signal supports, four pedestrian pushbuttons, eight pedestrian signal heads, eight vehicular signal heads, removal and replacement of the existing sidewalk, curb ramps, and asphalt multi-use trail. Part 3 – Scenic Way / Parkview Drive: The work will include the installation of ten street lights and all related work. Base Bid: $ 690,715.45 Additional Bid 1: $ 30,718.22
