| Description | This project consists of the asphalt mill and overlay or seal coats of streets within Hudson Hills Subdivision in Hudson Colorado. The construction will involve the installation of approximately 11,037 SY of 2" mill and overlay of 2.25" HMA Grade (S), 322 SY of pavement repair membrane, 2,352 of mastic crack filling, 1,836 LF of crack seal or 11,037 SY of Hot Chip Seal. The Work will be substantially completed within 21 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and complete and ready for final payment within 30 consecutive calendar days past substantial completion. Work is intended to be completed in 2022. No Prebid Meeting will be held.
