Jensen Water Improvement District - Water Improvements Project 2021

The project consists of 2 parts: Schedule A: On Highway 149 a new 8” HDPE line will be installed along the highway from the end of the 12-inch PVC Line at 4000 South northward to Brush Creek Road. From there it will continue west up Brush Creek Rd and meet up with the existing 8-inch PVC line at approximately 9000 E Brush Creek Rd. The line is approximately 7,250 ft and will include the installation of fire hydrants, air valves, and connections as well as several utility crossings as shown in the plans. Schedule B: This schedule consists of relocating the existing 10-inch PRV located at 4345 E Highway 40 approximately 1,200 feet downstream and re-plumbing the supply from the Sunshine Bench tank to flow upstream of that PRV. A PRV vault will be put in place and a bypass valve also installed. Additionally, a bypass will be added on Highway 40 at the inlet/outlet for the Naples tank.
