Description

The Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County (BOCC; the Owner) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMaR, CM) services on the Tulsa County Courthouse Renovations. The scope of the project is currently anticipated to address age-related deterioration of the building. Specific components of this scope include, but are not necessarily limited to, repairs to the exterior envelope, as well as upgrades and/or replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, conveying, and other systems. It will be critical that construction activities not interfere with Owner’s court schedules. As of February 7, 2023, The Owner has retained the services of an Owner’s Representative (OR) as well an Architect/Engineer team (A/E, Design Team) for the Project. The Construction manager at risk has also been selected.
