The implementation of a CMAR project delivery method for this project will adhere to these requirements in the following ways: Collaboration and cost control A collaborative design/construction process supports realistic cost estimating throughout the project life, reducing the risk of cost overruns. The South American pampas exhibit has a project area of approximately 2 acres.
