Main Street Bridge Repair - City of Hays

The Main Street bridge over Big Creek was built in 1935 and various repairs and modifications have been made since then. The proposed project would make some crucial structural repairs to extend the life of the bridge another 20-25 years. This project is included in the city's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program. As of January 19, 2023, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
