The Gulf Coast Center (Center) is requesting proposals to construct a new Bus Transit Operations and Maintenance Facility in Lake Jackson, adjacent to the City of Lake Jackson’s Dean Morgan Service Center at 101 Canna Lane. Project includes preparation of the site, installation of pre-engineered metal buildings and installation of all Owner-provided equipment as well as the interior build-out of the project as shown on the plans and specifications available at the web link indicated below.
