Runway 16-34 Rehabilitation

The Project Consists of, but Not Limited to, Pavement Marking Removal and Application, Spall Repair, Joint/crack Repair, and Patch Repair. Bids Will Be Received for Each Schedule of Work (2 Schedules). Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum and Unit Price Basis as Indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner Will Award Either Schedule 1 or a Combination of Schedule 1 and 2 Depending on the Availability of Funding. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in Accordance With the Contract Documents. Bidders Must Be Licensed to Perform Work Within the State of Arkansas. Bids Must Remain in Effect for 90 Days After the Bid Opening Date. The City of Hope Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Irregularities in the Bids and Bidding Deemed to Be in the Best Interests of the City of Hope, and to Reject Nonconforming, Nonresponsive, or Conditional Bids. Estimated construction range between $220,000 and $280,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
