Description

Provide all material and installation of a new roof top air cooled package units which includes the following: 1. Contractor must provide all labor, materials and any needed rental equipment to remove and dispose of the existing roof top units and existing roof curb adapters. a. York Model ZJ060N08N2AA1C Serial #N0H9128388 Rooftop Package Unit (RTU) b. York Model ZJ060N08N2AA1C Serial #N0G9093418 Rooftop Package Unit (RTU) c. York Model ZJ060N08N2AA1C Serial #N0F0896135 Rooftop Package Unit (RTU) d. York Model ZJ060N08N2AA1C Serial #N0H9128387 Rooftop Package Unit (RTU) 2. Contractor must provide and install: a. (4) Four roof top air cooled package units as indicated in attached specification b. (4) Four New roof curb adapters c. (4) Four Digital programmable thermostats d. Disconnect switches e. Whips f. Hardware g. Condensate piping h. Any other miscellaneous materials needed for a fully functional system – see specification 3. The power for this project is 208V 3 phase. a. The contractor must replace the existing 3 phase disconnects and whips to each unit. b. The contractor is to verify all conduit must be of sufficient size to comply with National Electric Code (NEC) standard for the size wire needed to comply with the Minimum Circuit Ampacity (MCA) of the new units c. The conduit whip from the disconnect to the units must be sealtite flexible conduit or equal. It must be installed with the appropriate sealtite (or equal) fittings. d. The contractor must be responsible for all of the line voltage electrical wiring from the distribution panel to the disconnect switch and to the unit; including any needed breakers. e. Low voltage control wiring must also be the contractor’s responsibility. f. A new control conduit must be installed from the unit control cabinet to the disconnect stand at the roof for each unit. This 1/2 inch sealtite conduit must be installed with the appropriate sealtite fittings. g. All conduit to be supported in accordance with the NEC. 4. Contractor must connect the cooling coil drains with 7/8” O.D. type “L” copper pipe. All piping must be supported using the appropriately sized Unistrut clamps. 5. New 304 stainless steel gas appliance connector must be needed at each unit. 6. Contractor must clean all existing supply and return grilles with appropriate disinfectant cleaner to remove all dirt and debris. 7. Contractor must provide start-up, warranty on materials & labor. 8. Contractor must provide an independent certified Test and Balance Company to perform a NEBB or AABC certified test of the systems. See specification for requirements. Provide this report to DPS for approval.
