Description

Seeks proposals for the provision of site planning design services for the Bison Ridge Park site (“Services”), on a non-exclusive basis, as set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The Bison Ridge Park site is located adjacent to the City’s Bison Ridge Recreation Center, located at 13905 E. 112th Ave. Commerce City, CO 80022. See Attachment B to this RFP for a map of the area surrounding the recreation center that will be the focus of the site planning Services.
