Greenhaven Terrace Reconstruction

Project begins on Greenhaven Terrace at the intersection with First Street, with ending limits at the intersection of Hawthorne Place and approximately 25 feet on the east end of Duryea Drive. Project consists of total reconstruction of approximately 779 linear feet of street pavement at a width of 28 feet, for a total of 2,404 square yards, with pavement section to be 4 inches of asphalt on 10 inches of limestone base throughout and including placement of approximately 1,150 linear feet of 4 inch perforated flex under-drain pipe. Included is installation of 4 new storm sewer catch basins, approximately 470 linear feet of 12 inch HDPE perforated stormpipe, removal and replacement of approximately 1535 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 235 square yards of new concrete sidewalk, 40square yards of concrete ADA ramp,400 square yards of concrete drive-way approach, and all grass restoration.
