Description

Work is to provide and install 24 exhaust fans to serve BEN HILL - IRWIN CAMPUS. Disassemble and remove from site 24 exhaust fans. Replace with new exhaust fans. Including Backdraft Dampers and Flat Roof Curb. Contractor obtain permits as required for roof penetrations and electrical services. Provide roof penetration, along with all roof curbing and repair as needed for roof penetration. Provide and install all electrical work and material to accommodate new exhaust fan operation. At the completion of all work contractor shall remove from the area all old fans, trash, rubbish, and debris caused by its operations, leaving the job clean.
