2021 Reconstruction of Various Streets Contract

The work includes the following: replacement of asbestoscement water main and associated services along 53rd and 54th Street with PVC water main and copper services; replacement of asbestos-cement sanitary sewer main, associated laterals and manholes along 50th, 53rd and 54th Street with PVC sanitary sewer main and laterals and new manhole(s); installation of underdrain along 50th, 53rd and 54th Street; and regrading to alleviate drainage issues along 36th Street. In addition, this contract will include full pavement reconstruction, concrete and masonry work including construction of ADA compliant handicap ramps, site restoration, and final cleanup within the project limits on 36th, 50th, 53rd and 54th Street. The work consists of the replacement of sanitary sewer manholes, sewer main, sewer laterals, cleanouts, water main, services, curb stops, hydrants, appurtenances, storm sewer, inlets, underdrain, roadway base course, asphalt base and surface courses, curb, sidewalk, gutter and driveways.
