Description

Install a total of six (6) monitoring wells at four different locations, as follows: Adams County, 3 locations Location 1 - (Site AD2); about 8 miles northwest of the City of Coloma, 18N, 7E, Sec 13: ? Install one well (AD2-6) to a depth of approximately 115 below grade, with 5 foot well screen. ? Will be installed adjacent to existing well nest (AD2-1 thru AD2-5) at edge of field. ? Collect soil samples at five foot intervals at depth between 85 and 115 below grade. ? Complete well development. Location 2 - (Site AD4); about 15 miles west of the City of Westfield, 17N, 7E, Sec 32: ? Install one well (AD4-4) to a depth of approximately 28 below grade with 10 foot well screen. ? Install one well (AD4-5) to a depth of approximately 50 below grade with 5 foot well screen. ? Install one well (AD4-6) to a depth of approximately 75 below grade with 5 foot well screen. ? Will be installed just southeast of nearby existing wells AD4-2 and AD4-3 at edge of field. ? Collect soil samples at five foot intervals at depth between 35 and 75 below grade. ? Complete well development. LOCATION 3 - (Site AD5); about 1.5 miles northwest of Site AD2, 18N, 7E, Sec 2: ? Install one well (AD5-6) to a depth of approximately 115 below grade with 5 foot well screen. ? Will be installed adjacent to existing wells AD5-1 thru AD5-5) at edge of field. ? Collect soil samples at five foot intervals at depth between 85 and 115 below grade. ? Complete well development. Waushara County, 1 location Location 1 - (Site WS7); Hancock Research Station property, 19N, 8E, Sec 16: ? Install one well (WS704) to a depth of approximately 115 below grade with 5 foot well screen. ? Will be installed adjacent to existing wells WS7-1 thru WS7-3) at edge of field. ? Collect soil samples at five foot intervals at depth between 85 and 115 below grade. ? Complete well development.
