Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The Lawrence Township Board of Education is requesting bid proposals for the items or projects listed below. Sealed bids will be received until the opening date and time specified, at which time bids will be opened, read aloud and recorded for presentation to the Board. The Board of Education assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the address stated herein later than the due date and time. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the lawrence township board of education for not less than of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and (N.J.A.C. 17:27). *Bidders are required to submit a Chapter 33, P.L. 1977 Ownership Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Registration Certificate and a Political Contributions Disclosure form. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11 as applicable. Contractors must also be DPMC prequalified in the appropriate classification.
