| Description | The Work related to the Mifflin Avenue Outfall Stabilization Project comprises of the stabilization of the outfall feeding into the Susquehanna River, including the installation of R-4 stone, R-8 rip-rap, geotextile, a 24" compost filter sock, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job and in accordance with the PennDOT Pub 408 and RC Standards recommendations and the Contract Documents, IBC, ICC, ICC NEC, and all applicable local, state, and federal codes. |
