Design-Build Services for Roadway Improvements to NW 84 Avenue from NW 58 Street to NW 74 Street

Design-build services for Project Titled Roadway Improvements to NW 84 Ave from NW 58 St to NW 74 St. Work includes furnishing all professional services, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools and performing all operations to construct the Work in accordance with the Design Criteria Package. Items of work include, but not limited to roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, driveway harmonization, stormwater system, sidewalks, curb and gutter, pavement markings, signage, signalization, utility relocations and tree removal/relocation. Work also includes all geotechnical, survey, necessary to produce the required construction documents, project permitting; public involvement plan; and all project coordination with permitting entities, municipalities, and utility companies. Design-Build contract is $5,924,839.59 which includes the following: $4,805,092.16 Estimated Construction Cost : $497,605.91 Estimated Design Cost : $480,509.22 Contingency Fees for Construction (10%): $121,632.30 22% SBE - A/E goal (Design portion only) 20.90% SBE - Construction goal (Construction portion only)

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
