Description

Demolition of a House and Outbuildings Raze, remove, and dispose of all structures, fences, trees as noted, and other obstructions, including foundations, basements, supports, and utilities to a level eighteen inches (18") below finished grade. Basement floor must be broken up to ensure positive drainage. Basement shall then be filled with native soil material excavated from the larger site.
