Description

**As of March 13, 2023 , bids received were cancelled due to over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, replacing existing carpet locations as shown on the drawings, with owner supplied carpet stock and transition strips, and includes all trades required and all labor, equipment, materials, supervision necessary and incidental to the Work: remove existing carpets and pads down to substrate, remove all adhesive residue; level substrates (grinding or filling), install Owner-Furnished carpet as direct glue down method of installation, and owner provided transition strips, as noted in specifications and drawings.
