To be eligible, a bidder must be a Lead Professional Firm or Lead Abatement Contractor certified by the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH), and all workers conducting lead-based paint activities must be Lead Safe Renovators or Lead Abatement Workers certified by IDPH. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive what are, in its sole opinion, minor irregularities of any type or nature that are not material
