Historic Elevated Tank Rehabilitation

The City of Pflugerville, Texas is soliciting bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the Historic Elevated Tank Rehabilitation project which consists of the replacement of protective coating systems along with maintenance and welding repairs. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal and Bid Schedule forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid security in a penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submittal. The security may be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond furnished by a reliable surety company having authority under the laws of Texas to write surety bonds in the amount required, with such security made payable without recourse to the City

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
