| Description | The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, certifications, and supervision necessary to perform all operations required to provide and service portable chemical toilets. Units shall primarily have permanent locations, and potentially be required on an emergency or temporary basis. The portable chemical toilets shall be private, lockable, well-ventilated, non-flushable, 70 gallon capacity non-handicapped units, and 30 gallon handicapped units, each equipped with a toilet paper holder and hand sanitizer. | ||||
