| Description | Property management services for the Hartford Public Safety Complex. The selected respondent will serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related concerns or issues and coordinate resolution. The selected respondent will be responsible for maintaining the everyday operations of the facility and be present and available during the twelve hour workday period between 7 AM and 7 PM. Additionally, there must be a 24-hour emergency contact available every day including weekends and holidays and within a response radius of no greater than 30 minutes. Management services include but are not limited to managing outside contractors (City-selected or otherwise), skilled trades, custodial and grounds keeping services, energy and indoor air quality, facility maintenance services, and scheduled programmatic support activities. It is expected that these management services will be comprehensive in nature resulting in high levels of performance, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness. | ||||||||||||||||
