Wastewater Collection Rehabilitation

The scope of work consists of televising and cleaning the existing wastewater system, identifying areas of infiltration, and repairing the identified issues. Awarded Contractor is required to be registered with portal and registration shall be currently active. Current registration is not required to bid, but will be required prior to contract award. Should the contractor being recommended for contract award not have current SAM.gov registration, proof of current registration shall be provided to the Owner within the 30-day period in which bids may not be withdrawn. Failure to provide proof will result in bid disqualification. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30-days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
