| Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of five (5) exterior double-pane, ground floor windows, including PCB sealant around the perimeter of each window. (No installation of new windows is required) Water and power on site will provided by the County. The Contractor is responsible for containment and packaging of the sealant around the perimeter of the windows. The Contractor shall protect the ground and surrounding area to insure no ground contamination. The Contractor will package and dispose of the PCB sealant material in accordance with applicable EPA, Washington State and local requirements for PCB waste removal and disposal. |
