For Tree Trimming and Removal The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting quotations for the City of East Grand Rapids for trimming and removal of select trees on city properties. Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 3/1/2023, 2 PM Exhibit A provides a picture of the trees, location, and work required for each area. o All trees and limbs trimmed, must be completely removed from site unless otherwise noted in Exhibit A. No stump grinding required. o Note that the Remington Baseball Field has (2) options to bid. These options will be reflected in the online bid form to be filled out. Respondents shall not communicate with the above contact for any reason other than for on-site inspection purpose. Any Respondent requesting a modification to the written specification should contact the Kent County Purchasing Division as instructed within this request. No person exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms shall attend the in-person inspection. Respondent must notify the above Kent County contact if a person in attendance at the inspection exhibits known COVID19 symptoms and/or is confirmed to have COVID-19 in the fourteen (14) days following the inspection. Each local agency reserves its right to award at its sole discretion without regard to the terms and conditions in this request. Each local agency is independently and solely responsible for the awards each local agency accepts. Awards made by Kent County for Kent County shall state the award is a Kent County award for which Kent County is responsible.
