Liberty Ridge, 1st Addition Street and Utility Construction

The Project consists of the following: Contract #2023-1: Excavation of approximately 2,200 l.f. of street to subgrade, the construction of the storm water management facilities, and the installation of approximately 1,910 l.f. of 8" sanitary sewer. There will be alternate bid items for the installation of approximately 2,480 l.f. of 6" and 8" water main and the installation of 33 water and sewer laterals. Contract #2023-2: The construction of approximately 2,200 l.f. of street, including subgrade reinforcement, select crushed material, crushed aggregate base course, and curb and gutter, and restoration. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
