Description | Project 538-19-204 Renovate Student Housing Buildings 15 and 16 Location: Chillicothe VA Medical Center 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, OH 45601 Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 538-19-204, Renovate Student Housing Buildings 15 and 16 Chillicothe VAMC, Ohio as required by drawings and specifications. All work shall be conducted in complete accordance with project Statement of Work, specifications and drawings. Period of Performance for this requirement is 300 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Business size standard is $39.5 M. Project Magnitude for this project is $1,000,000.00 - $2,000,000.00 This is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All bidders must be verified in VETBIZ.GOV and registered in SAM.GOV at the time of offer and award to be eligible for award. All offers are to be emailed to the Contracting Officer no later than the date & time indicated in Section 13a (below). Offers received after the date & time indicated in Section 13 will not be considered. All contractors and subcontractors working on federal installations shall comply with health-related health mandates. All costs associated with health-mandates are the responsibility of the contract. Mandates are subject to change throughout the period of performance of this contract, and contractors are expected to adapt and comply at no additional costs to the Government. Health-related mandates may include, but are not limited to, COVID, influenza, etc. Organized Site Visit is September 2, 2022 @ 1:00 p.m. EST. Meeting place will be Bldg. 15, Chillicothe VA Medical Center. Requests for Information (RFI) Cut-Off Date and Time is September 9, 2022, 2:00 p.m. EST.
