Description

The Erie Veterans Affairs Medical Center (FACILITY) has a closed loop dry cooler, air to air heat exchanger and a chiller that are at end of useful life and are failing. Due to the nature of the services provided at the FACILITY, there is a need to rent stand-by equipment in case the existing units completely fail prior to the new systems being designed and constructed.
