RFQ Design - Southern Public Health Center

The Scope of Services as outlined below are to be performed by the selected architectural firm for the preparation of a new Public Health Center in rural Webb County Professional Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 or higher, depending on the type, size, and scope of services This RFQ solicitation can be viewed at the following online address. Interested Firms/individuals may submit their Statement of Qualifications by registering on Webb County's e-Bid site and uploading their file to our "Response Attachments" tab. All new supplier registrations must be completed one workday prior to official due date of submit Webb county reserves the right to reject any and all rfq, to waive informalities in the rfq process, or to terminate the rfq process at any time, if deemed in the best interest for webb county. In addition, webb county shall not, under any circumstances, be bound by or be liable for any obligations with respect to this public solicitation until such time (if at all) a professional service agreement has been awarded and all approvals obtained in form and substance satisfactory to the webb county have been executed and authorized by the webb county commissioners court, and then only to the extent of such fully executed agreements The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Webb County is requesting Statement of Qualifications from qualified Architectural Firms for the design of a public health center facility, preparation of construction documents, assistance with bidding process, and construction administration throughout the duration of the project. Submittals will be considered from those firms demonstrating expertise in the design and construction administration of public facilities. The County requires a qualified architectural firm to provide all necessary architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural designs, specifications and drawings required for bidding, permitting, and construction of the subject Public Health Center.
