The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals Proposals will not be considered unless they are accompanied by bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Bank Draft, Bank Money Order, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of $5,000.00 All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
