Description

Restoration of the Gibson Grant Log House and related site improvements. Phase 1 includes design for structural, roof replacement, removal of some of the additions, restoration of historical siding. This phase will make the building watertight, safe and aesthetically appealing on the outside. Phase 2 will be site improvements that includes a prefabricated rest room with related infrastructure, a small parking lot located at Quail Run Road and sidewalk to the rest room. Phase 3 will be Interior modifications, mechanical, electrical and plumbing and restroom building.
